Case Manager (Personal Injury)

About the Role: Beezwide is seeking an experienced Case Manager to support a U.S.-based Personal Injury Law Firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in personal injury case management who is fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian . You will work closely with attorneys to manage client cases, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all tasks while maintaining excellent client communication. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate personal injury cases from intake to resolution. Prepare, review, and maintain case documentation and correspondence. Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and attorneys. Track deadlines, court filings, and important case milestones. Ensure high-quality client service and timely updates throughout the case lifecycle. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the client to support operations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or similar role in Personal Injury Law. Fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian . Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with case management software preferred.
