The Role: Gate Concierge As the Gate Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every arrival and departure is managed seamlessly. You'll coordinate vehicle movements, communicate with reception and security, and set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail who thrives in a refined, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and genuine warmth. Coordinate guest and company vehicle movements efficiently. Assist with guest arrivals and departures to ensure smooth logistics. Communicate effectively with reception and security teams. Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times. Adapt to both day and night shifts as required. About You 1 to 2 years of experience in a concierge, reception, or guest service role within a luxury or 5-star environment. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Confident multitasker who remains calm and courteous under pressure. Professional, well-presented, and service-oriented.
