Job title: Mechanical Supervisor Location: Charing Cross, West London Terms: Permanent contract, Full time - 40 hours per week Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £55,000 £1,500 Call-Out Package Requirements: Qualifications Required NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC City & Guilds level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor working on a hospital contract based in West London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to their team. Responsibilities: You will manage a team of 5 M&E Engineers Manage all technical issues. Manage agreed KPI and SLA's. Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals. Management of client relationships on a daily basis. Responsible for the permit system. Strong technical engineering understanding (M&E) Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) Experienced Supervisor within FM - Technical Services People Management, Good Leader Technical Background (Mechanical)
