Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to join our large, well-established employer based in Yeovil. This is an ongoing temporary position running until around August 2026, offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Youll play a key role in supporting supply chain operations, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of high-profile programmes within a global organisation. Main Responsibilities : Collate and gather details on key critical items for specific programs and customers. Coordinateprocurement, inventory, and logistics activitiesto ensure materials and components are available to meet production and delivery schedules. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and stock levels Ensure detailed explanations are provided by internal personnel to enable concise feedback Create professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks for reviews and reports. Liaise with internal stakeholders at various levels to resolve key supply chain and operational issues. Assist in the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Be able to travel occasionally to build and strengthen internal cross-geo relationships. Coordinate procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to ensurematerials and components are available to meet production and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate data and documentation in SAP to support traceability and audit compliance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy. Skills & Experience Require Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP/ERP knowledge is desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management best practices.
