Vice President of Products

CONTRACTOR (6 months) OUTSIDE IR35 VP PRODUCT / DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT Consumer Data Intelligence Platform London, Hybrid numi are excited to partner with a major, well-funded group of UK consumer brands, offering access to 15 million UK consumers. This group is launching a highly strategic, incubated startup to build the future of personalised consumer services. We are searching for a Director of Product to lead this zero-to-one venture from the ground up. This search is highly specific and we are looking for a Contract Product Leader who combines strategic vision with deep hands-on execution. What we are looking for: Multi million user scale: Demonstrable experience as a Product Leader in an org with 10M Users, key requirement, non negotiable. Zero-to-One Scale: Proven experience launching a product from scratch to meaningful scale in a comparable timeframe, specifically within an incubated startup model backed by a large company. Data & AI-Centric B2C: Deep expertise leading a consumer product that relies heavily on large, personalised datasets and AI/ML to deliver recommendations and drive user actions. Senior Ownership: This role reports directly to the CEO of one of the core group businesses and holds the highest product seniority in that organisation, requiring board-level visibility and stakeholder influence. Roll Up Your Sleeves IC work: The current team is small, this is not for a "manager of managers", you will be doing the work!
