Highways Operative Oxfordshire Salary £32,000 £38,000 per annum (dependent on certification and experience) 45 hours per week Standard hours: 07:00 16:30, Monday to Friday About the Highways Operative Role Join our clients highways maintenance team delivering high-quality, safe and efficient services across Oxfordshires road network. Youll work on varied tasks from routine patching and gully cleaning to installing signage, lighting and supporting traffic management schemes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work outdoors and takes pride in keeping roads safe for everyone.
