As Retrofit Site Manager , youll oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of retrofit works from External Wall Insulation (EWI) and Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) to Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) and other fabric-first energy-saving upgrades. Youll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and delivery partners to ensure every project meets PAS 2030/2035 standards , balancing quality, safety, and sustainability on every site. The Role Oversee multiple retrofit and decarbonisation projects Manage the installation of EWI, IWI, CWI, loft insulation, ASHPs, and other energy-efficiency works Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve delivery excellence Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, and Designers to ensure quality and consistency Conduct audits, inspections, and progress reviews Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites Attend client meetings and support bid and tender presentations About You Experienced Site Manager or Retrofit Lead , ideally from social housing or sustainability sectors Strong technical knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and retrofit compliance frameworks (ideal) Proven experience leading multi-site retrofit or decarbonisation programmes Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills Qualified with SMSTS/SSSTS , CSCS , and a full UK driving licence Proactive and adaptable leader passionate about low-carbon construction Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination or Sustainability, Retrofit Assessor or Coordinator training Why Apply Be part of the UKs journey to net-zero and help deliver energy-efficient homes Enjoy a stable, rewarding career with long-term opportunities to grow Work on industry-leading sustainability projects that make a tangible difference Join a respected national contractor committed to innovation, safety, and people development Apply today through RecruitME , a veteran-owned recruitment consultancy supporting skilled professionals across the UK.
