Responsibilities: Engage with prospective clients regularly to understand their needs, both technical and financial. Gather and share market intelligence to inform sales strategies. Maintain accurate account forecasts and ensure CRM and databases are up to date. Collaborate with the strategic account team to position LONGi's products and brand in the residential sector. Plan and participate in client events, including on-site visits, to strengthen relationships. Highlight product features to meet customer needs and foster partnerships. Propose innovative solutions tailored to client requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in managing contractual negotiations within the PV sector. Proven skills in value-based selling and account development. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork. Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
