Hourly Rate: £13.90/hour (standard) £12.85/hour (overtime) About the Role Thrive Group are recruiting Recycling Advisors on behalf of our client, who operate multiple Household Recycling Centres across Gloucestershire GL60 - Nailsworth area and surrounding areas This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll assist the public with recycling, ensure safety standards are met, and support day-to-day site operations. ?? Key Responsibilities Help members of the public separate waste into correct recycling streams. Provide clear guidance and excellent customer service. Wear and maintain correct PPE at all times. Keep the site clean, tidy, and hazard-free. Operate site equipment (training provided if required). Complete paperwork and support supervisors with daily site duties. ?? Requirements Able to work weekends and bank holidays Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Fit and able to complete heavy lifting Own transport (many sites are remote) Safety boots with midsole & toe cap (uniform supplied after induction) ??
