What Youll Be Doing As a Driver Technician, you wont just be delivering and installing equipment youll be the friendly face bringing life-enhancing solutions to our customers doorsteps. Your role is vital in ensuring our clients receive a trusted, respectful, and personalised service every time. Your day-to-day will include: Driving safely to customers homes and treating them with respect, empathy, and kindness Delivering, installing, repairing, and collecting healthcare equipment Demonstrating equipment use clearly and confidently Providing outstanding customer care with patience and professionalism Handling basic DIY tasks related to installations Being flexible with working hours and participating in an emergency on-call rota What Were Looking For Youll thrive in this role if you: Hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) Are reliable, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Communicate clearly and confidently Are flexible with your working hours and willing to be part of an emergency on-call rota Most importantly, youll embody our core values: Keeping promises and being accountable Showing empathy, respect, and kindness in all interactions Working collaboratively and embracing innovation Striving for excellence and delivering safe, cost-effective healthcare solutions What We Offer 29 days holiday moving to a max of 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Continued professional development, training and learning support and opportunities for career progression.
