OT Security Engineer

I'm looking for an experienced OT Security Engineer to join a leading global energy technology organisation on a high-impact industrial cybersecurity project. 6–12 Month Contract | Up to £600/day (Inside IR35) Warwick (1–2 days/week) | Lincoln (monthly) | Occasional Global Travel What You’ll Do: Support and implement OT cybersecurity strategy across global projects. Configure networks, remote access, and virtualisation platforms (e.g. VMware). Validate technical documentation and ensure compliance (IEC 62443). Deliver engaging cyber training sessions for teams and clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of secure digital solutions. Maintain the cyber lab and provide hands-on support for commissioning worldwide. What You’ll Bring: Background in control systems or OT cybersecurity (energy / oil & gas ideal). Strong understanding of industrial networks & remote connection tools. Knowledge of IEC 62443 and industry cyber best practices. Excellent communication & documentation skills.
