They’re growing fast and are now looking for an Account Executive to help drive success across their SMB client base, converting opportunity into measurable results. Role Overview: Location: South West London (Hybrid) Package: Competitive salary Bonus Benefits Industry: HR / Rec Tech What You’ll Be Doing: Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into revenue opportunities. Running full sales cycles, from first contact to close, across SMB accounts. Proactively generating new business through outreach, follow-ups, and campaign engagement. Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, driving retention, upsell, and cross-sell activity. Maintaining accurate pipeline management in HubSpot and forecasting performance. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless client journey. Championing a high-performance, collaborative sales culture built on data, pace, and precision. Main Skills Needed: 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management (HR/Rec tech, SaaS, or professional services ideal). Proven ability to manage multiple short-cycle deals and maintain a strong conversion rate. Skilled communicator with consultative selling and presentation experience. Commercially driven, organised, and confident meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and interpreting data to drive decisions.
