About Us Grwp Llandrillo Menai was established in 2012 as a result of mergers between Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor. It employs 2,000 staff and delivers courses to around 21,000 students, including over 1,500 higher education students, across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd. Job Purpose This isan opportunity for suitably qualified energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Adult Community Delivery team -Potensial in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy and Denbighshire. The successful candidates will be able to ? Provide high quality teaching and create effective opportunities for learning that will enable all learners to achieve to the best of their ability. ? Teach literacy, numeracy and digital literacy from entry level to level 2. ? Teach another specialist subject e.g. Art, Employability, Sociology, Business Administration or any other specialist subject. ? Help develop the ACL provision in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy and Denbighshire. This is an exciting time for the Adult Learning sector as it strives to support economic recovery and skills demand not only by providing training opportunities but by also contributing to a culture of Lifelong Learning that will support individuals and communities. Contract Term - Part Time Hourly Paid, temporary Hours available - Up to 16 hours per week (Work pattern to be agreed dependant on availability but could include evenings and weekends) Rate per hour - £21.72 - £33.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay Annual Leave - There will be an entitlement to pro rata paid holiday in each academic year (1st September to 31st August), which includes pro-rata entitlement of 8 Bank and Public Holidays normally observed in Wales and a pro-rata entitlement of up to 5 efficiency days (please note this can change annually). Annual leave is derived from a pro rata full time equivalent entitlement of 46 days which is included in the hourly rate paid.
