3D Creative Lead

Amazing new role for an Experiential 3D Creative Lead to join an established creative agency blending strategy and design to craft bold, meaningful brand experiences. Key Responsibilities - Interpret briefs and deliver innovative spatial designs, layouts, and detail drawings in VectorWorks, with strong 3D visualisations in C4D, TwinMotion, and Enscape. - Generate strong ideas under pressure while maintaining quality and creativity. - Estimate project timelines to support accurate quoting and planning. - Deliver high-quality creative solutions that inspire clients and meet budget and time constraints. - Coordinate with production teams and external partners such as scenic vendors and printers. - Attend site visits to assess venues and adapt designs to the environment. - Provide on-site support during builds, making fast, informed design decisions. Skills & Experience - Extensive 3D design experience, able to visualise projects from concept to final approval and design intent drawings. - Capable of translating ideas into innovative, effective design solutions. - Strong hand-sketching ability for quick visual communication. - Deep understanding of the creative process from concept to execution. - Knowledgeable about construction materials, finishes, and techniques. - You must be able to use VectorWorks as well as TwinMotion or C4D Salary & Benefits - £65-75k - Hybrid working, 3 days in the office - Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays - Pension scheme / employer contributions - Private medical insurance / health plan Location: London If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk.
