Roles/Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates across a range of projects Price works from first principles, ensuring tenders are commercially sound Collaborate with the commercial team to refine and finalize estimates Support project bidding for residential groundworks, highways, and Section 278 works Contribute to continuous improvements in estimating processes and methodologies Qualifications 3–4 years’ experience in estimating within groundworks, infrastructure, or highways Strong capability in pricing from first principles Background in either main contracting or subcontracting welcomed Commercially astute, motivated, and eager to progress into senior roles Benefits Competitive salary between £50,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience) Negotiable car allowance Pension scheme 25 days annual leave Supportive, forward-thinking environment with genuine career progression For more information or to apply, please get in touch directly.
