Job Description
Finance Administrator Contract: Short-term contract until 31st December (possibility of extension) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Location: Newcastle Role Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will support the client’s finance team, primarily focused on accounts payable and general financial administration. Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices accurately and on time Enter financial data into accounting systems Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain and update supplier statements Support the finance team with general administrative tasks Assist with ad-hoc reporting and finance projects as required Requirements: Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or finance administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Benefits: Opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic finance team Short-term contract with potential for extension
