Construction Project Manager

Location: Willenhall, Staffordshire Salary:£40,000basic-£50,000-£70,000OTE(viaprojectcompletionbonus) Hours:40hours/week|MondaytoFriday ContractType:Permanent WeareseekinganexperiencedConstructionProjectManagertooverseeandmanagekeyin-houseprojects,includingtheredevelopmentofexistingbuildings,newbuilddevelopments,andmixed-useschemes.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinprojectmanagement,budgeting,andanalysis,withQSskillsconsideredanadvantage.WhileaRICSqualificationispreferred,itisnotessential. ReportingdirectlytotheManagingDirector,theConstructionProjectManagerwillberesponsibleforleadingprojectsfrominceptiontocompletion,ensuringtheyaredeliveredontimeandwithinbudget.Therolewillalsoinvolvecreatingandbuildingeffectiverelationshipswiththird-partysuppliersandcontractors,aswellasensuringcompliancewithallrelevantregulationsandstandards.Thispositionoffersauniqueopportunitytogainhands-onexperienceineveryaspectofself-storagedevelopmentwhilecontributingtothecompanysongoinggrowthandsuccess.
