Job Title: Creative Strategist – Performance @ Fast-Growth D2C Health & Wellness Brand Location: Central London (3 days in the office) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 This is a career-defining opportunity to join a fast-growing D2C health and wellness brand as a Creative Strategist , helping to shape the creative direction of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond. You’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of creative and data , turning performance insights into scroll-stopping concepts that both convert and build brand equity in an exciting, emerging category. You’ll work closely with the acquisition and marketing teams to produce, brief, and optimise high-performing creative that fuels rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop bold, original ad concepts across video, graphics, UGC, and copy that cut through and drive results Analyse creative performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) to generate insights and shape future campaigns Translate complex product benefits into compelling, human-led stories that resonate with audiences Partner with designers, editors, and creators to bring ideas to life across formats and platforms Experiment with new formats, platforms, and AI tools to enhance ad performance and push creative boundaries Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience creating high-performing Meta ads (UGC, video, statics, carousel, hooks) Strong creative analytics skills – confident interpreting metrics and acting on insights Excellent copywriting skills (hooks, scripts, ad copy) Experience briefing and collaborating with creative talent (designers, editors, creators) Organised, fast-moving, and able to deliver across multiple projects at once Experience across TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads Why Apply?
