Contract Business Analyst - Outside IR35 - Can be fully remote We’re supporting a leading UK University with two major system implementations and need an experienced Business Analyst to support on two key projects over the next 6 months. The two projects Implementation of a new curriculum and timetable management system. Migration of the Student Information System from on-premise to SaaS. Both projects are mid-implementation, so we need someone confident hitting the ground running. What you’ll do: Lead BA activity across both projects - requirements, process design, and system configuration. Work closely with the Academic Quality and curriculum teams to streamline end-to-end processes. Support data migration and ensure clean, accurate transfer with external suppliers. Improve student-facing experiences through UX and user journey mapping. You’ll need: Proven Business Analyst experience leading large-scale system implementations. Must have knowledge of curriculum or academic systems (e.g. WorkTribe, Akari, Courseloop, TimeEdit). Strong data and stakeholder engagement skills as well as the ability to map user journeys.
