JUNIOR SUPPORT ICT

A minimum of 2 years experience on ICT technology is required, the figure will be placed in the ICT Division, will report directly to the Manager and will work closely with the rest of the team. He/she will initially perform Help Desk activities: from ticket intake to technical support to the customer and shadowing for delivery activities until autonomy is achieved.
