Labware Specialist

LabWare Consultant – Mexico Location: Mexico Contract Type: Full-time / Contract About the Role: We are looking for an experienced LabWare Consultant to join our Life Sciences/Pharma digital transformation program. The consultant will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of LabWare LIMS/ELN solutions to streamline laboratory processes, ensure data integrity, and enhance operational efficiency across global sites. Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and validate LabWare LIMS/ELN systems in compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with laboratory, IT, and quality teams to gather requirements and design optimal workflows. Develop, test, and deploy LabWare interfaces and reports (instrument integration, SAP connectivity, etc.). Provide user training, documentation, and post go-live support. Troubleshoot system and data issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotech, or related field. 5 years of hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS (preferably LabWare 7 or LIMS v6). Strong knowledge of LIMS Basic , system configuration, and template design. Experience with GxP validation and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with LabWare ELN , Python/VBA scripting , or integration with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP) .
