Forklift Truck Driver Location: Tewkesbury Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (shift rota) Salary: £13.18 per hour Contract Type: Full-time, permanent About the Role We're looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy chilled warehouse team in Tewkesbury . This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload goods. Support warehouse operations , including picking, stock rotation, and replenishment. Maintain a clean, organised workspace and follow all safety procedures. Check equipment daily and report any issues promptly. Work efficiently to meet targets while keeping quality and accuracy high. Assist the team with general warehouse duties as needed. What We're Looking For A valid Forklift Truck licence (Counterbalance or Reach). Previous warehouse or logistics experience . Good attention to detail and strong numeracy skills . A positive, reliable, and 'can-do' attitude . Flexibility to work shift patterns and meet deadlines. Awareness of Health & Safety in a warehouse setting. Desirable (but not essential) Experience working in a chilled warehouse or food production environment .
