As Workshop Team Leader, you'll oversee a team of fitters, ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and inspections are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. You'll play a key role in daily workshop operations, supporting your team's development while maintaining a positive, safety-first culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and motivate a team of workshop fitters. Plan and allocate workloads to meet service and turnaround targets. Carry out and oversee inspections, servicing, and repairs of plant hire equipment. Ensure full compliance with company, safety, and quality standards. Coach and develop team members, including apprentices. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Support continuous improvement across workshop processes. About You NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent. Proven experience in plant maintenance, ideally within the hire or construction industry. Strong technical knowledge of plant and construction equipment. Confident leader and mentor with excellent communication skills. Safety-focused, organised, and proactive.
