They have recently underdone a restructure in the Tech function and have created a new, Software Engineering Manager position to drive best practices and Engineering standards. Encouraging experimentation and adoption of new technologies, tools and approaches to strengthen the organisation’s competitive advantage. About you: Experience managing dynamic engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in software engineering with experience across modern programming languages. Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure. Familiarity with information security, compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the organisation and financial services industry. Familiarity scaling engineering teams and managing cross-team dependencies. What's in it for you?
