Professional Education Manager Overview You will support physician education programs (onsite and remote) focused on the Abiomed Camp Community, develop new key opinion leaders, and establish new markets for Abiomed. You will collaborate with Marketing and other functions to ensure all content is updated, integrate digital marketing tactics, and provide a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience. You will plan and implement speaker events, execute peer‑to‑peer educational programs, and coordinate all logistics to support Abiomed’s mission of increasing education, awareness, and adoption of hemodynamic support. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of customer programs held at major trade shows or separate symposia. Manage registration, invitations, and coordination of programs with internal and external stakeholders. Support physician programs and speaker management process in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Develop and execute educational programs and training courses at appropriate teaching institutions. Develop and execute educational webinar programs. Coordinate third‑party speaker coordination. Organize all event logistics such as travel, hotel, catering, and more. Control and ensure follow‑up processes for HCP engagement (invitation, honorarium payment, and follow‑up). Perform data input and prepare contract management within legal and compliance standards. Analyze sales force data, trends, and reports. Requirements 5‑10 years of experience in professional medical training, education, and/or marketing. Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or other regulated industry required; cardiac surgery or interventional cardiology experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in project planning. Familiarity with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SFDC experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written). Critical and strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders. Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Italian (written and spoken). Readiness to travel.
