As part of its continued expansion, the company seeks a Project Manager with strong experience in fit-out and exhibition set-up for his international projects, this is a great opportunity to work on a large iconic cultural project. The Goppion Project Manager (GPM) is responsible for scope, schedule and profitability of the project assigned to him. He/she implements projects of fit-out and customised exhibit elements, which involve the management of a big team of specialist, sub-contractor and suppliers. GPM also has strong technical skills. Main Tasks Contract management, project scheduling, organization of internal and external resources of the project; Design management and interface with clients and architects; Project risks assessment and prevention; Contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers; Control and compliance with quality standards; Control and management of project budget and cash flow; Management on site installation up to the take-over to the Client. Candidate's Experience and Qualifications Previous experience of at least 7-10 years in a similar position in international organizations working in quality building construction; Advanced university degree in engineering, management or similar; Excellent use of Office applications; Experience in technical review; Strong leadership skills; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Have a good understanding on how to achieve the highest quality of products and delivery.
