Job Description

Role Requirements Qualifications - Tertiary or trade certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (willingness to learn local languages advantageous). - Ability to develop and deliver staff training programs and manuals. Experience - Minimum of 5 years experience in a logistics or transport management role. - Proven experience managing large teams and complex logistics operations. Skills & Competencies - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. - Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach. - Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. - High attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of transport cost control. - Computer literacy with experience in logistics management systems and reporting tools.
