Senior Duty Manager, Luxury 5-Star Lodge, Eastern Cape

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all operational departments on a daily basis Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving issues promptly Lead by example and provide hands-on support across departments when needed Work closely with the General Manager and department heads to ensure smooth lodge operations Assist with staff training, motivation, and performance management Oversee lodge logistics, guest check-ins/outs, and ensure a flawless guest journey from arrival to departure Requirements: Minimum 35 years of lodge management experience in a luxury 5-star property Strong background in hospitality operations with a focus on guest service excellence Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Well-presented, professional, and attentive to detail Passionate about the bush and committed to creating unforgettable guest experiences Preferably a hospitality diploma or relevant qualification Package: Competitive salary (based on experience) On-site accommodation and meals provided while on duty Opportunities for career growth within a leading lodge brand
