Employment Associate – 2–7 PQE Top-Ranked London Practice | Dynamic & Strategic Role A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate Commercial Employment Lawyer (2–7 PQE) to join their London team. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to take on significant responsibilities, work closely with senior partners, and help shape the future of a growing practice. About the Role You will lead on a broad spectrum of commercial employment matters , advising major clients across sectors. Your work will include: Employment contracts, senior executive agreements, non-competes and restrictive covenants Workforce structuring, reorganisations and large-scale change programmes Redundancy, termination, settlement and exit strategies Employment aspects of corporate transactions (due diligence, integration, restructure) Employment litigation and tribunal matters, working with external counsel where needed Advising on compliance, internal policies, risk mitigation and emerging employment issues You’ll operate with autonomy, managing high-value matters whilst contributing to business development and practice growth. What We’re Looking For 2 to 7 years’ PQE, with a solid track record in commercial/strategic employment law Experience advising senior executives, handling complex contract drafting and exit cases Exposure to transactional employment work (M&A, reorganisations, cross-border employment) Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Commercial mindset, confident advising business clients Willingness to contribute to business development, mentoring and team leadership Why Join?
