Head of Procurement

We are looking for a Head of Procurement for a growing food FMCG Business to join them. This is a key senior leadership position, responsible for driving our global procurement strategy. You’ll lead sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost management, and sustainability initiatives to ensure they deliver high-quality, responsible, and innovative solutions to for the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the global procurement strategy Lead supplier relationship management and negotiate strategic agreements. Drive innovation and sustainability throughout the supply chain. Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Sustainability teams. Mentor and lead a high-performing team What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, ideally within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing. Passion for sustainability Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability. A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
