Graduate sales opportunity, North London Work for £5m turnover company, service provider of food & drink B2B sales, no experience required £30k base salary, £40k OTE If you’re an entry level graduate seeking a business-to-business sales role in central London, this could be for you. Who’s hiring? This business is a leading provider of food and drinks into commercial organisations across the UK. Specialising in providing the likes of technology companies, law firms and more with healthy and sustainable products, they’ve grown substantially since being founded in the mid 2010’s. What is the role? Working as a Graduate Sales Executive, the initial period of the role will see you rotated around the business to learn from experts in different disciplines and fully understand the inner workings of the organisation. Once up and running fully, you will move into a new business sales role where you will proactively seek new clients as well as responding to inbound leads. It’s important to be a confident communicator who wants to utilise their relationship building skills in a competitive sales role. Progression in the role can lead to opportunities in the field, going to meet clients in person across London, through roles such as Business Development Manager or Account Manager. As well as the internal training you’ll go through, the company have also committed to enrolling you on a series of sales training courses delivered by BMS Performance. What are the company looking for? The most important thing for a successful candidate in this role to have is confidence. Every day you’ll be speaking over the phone, virtually or even meeting with decision makers in person & it’s imperative that you build a strong relationship with them. If you’re able to work towards targets, have some resilience if things aren’t going to plan and can think on your feet, you could be brilliant! What can I earn?
