Intermediate/Senior Architect

Introduction: We are looking for an Architect to join our team in our Woking design studio in Surrey. We are an SME with a long history and a great track record. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the UK residential sector and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Building Regulations and the Planning process. Responsibilities: A combination of leading some projects and being part of a team on other projects. Liaise directly with the client. Prepare documentation for client approval. Work as part of a dynamic, dedicated, hard-working team. Build the reputation of the business through: Great attention to detail Good client relationships Can do attitude Skills required: ✔️ A good understanding of Architectural design Planning Constraints Building Regulations Construction techniques ✔️ Fluency in Autodesk, Revit and AutoCAD in an architectural environment. ✔️ ARB registered as an Architect. ✔️ UK experience in the residential sector (3 years). ✔️ Strong communication and time management skills. ✔️ Ability to work as a team. ✔️ A good understanding of traditional and contemporary design. ✔️ Willing to learn and grow with the business. ✔️ A car driver with a full UK licence.
