Node Developer - Contract Outside IR35 - UK remote

Node.js / JavaScript Developer (Outside IR35) Location: UK Remote (Manchester or London preferred for occasional meetings) Rate: £400 per day (Outside IR35) Duration: 3 months (initial) Start Date: ASAP The Role We're looking for an experienced Node.js / JavaScript Developer to join a 3-month greenfield project , focused on upgrading and modernising an existing system from Perl to Node.js . You'll work alongside a small, agile team to architect and deliver a clean, scalable solution. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex problems and improving legacy systems using modern technology. Key Skills & Experience Strong Node.js and JavaScript development experience Experience working on greenfield or migration projects Good understanding of API development and system integration Exposure to MongoDB (Mongo Atlas desirable) Comfortable working in Linux environments Experience with AWS or Azure Version control using Git Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines is a plus Previous experience with Perl (nice to have but not essential) Other Details Fully remote (UK-based only) Occasional in-person meetings in Manchester or London may be required Outside IR35 If you're a strong Node.js developer looking for an exciting greenfield project, get in touch today!
