Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and managerial expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative dedicated and collaborative teammates. You’ll drive project / program execution to maximize results with respect to cash and margin ensuring on‑time delivery in conformity with the contract / Program Charter according to Customer / Platform expectations and the requirements on EHS. Day‑to‑day you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Core Team members internal and external partners) lead a Project Team and much more. Responsibilities Planning and managing the complete execution of your scope from transfer to close out in line with Contract / Program Charter requirements. Performing project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual including proactive risk and opportunity management and in full compliance with e‑book rules. Representing Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (Consortium JV etc.). Being responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss; Respecting the budgets and QCD objectives. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse project team. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment. Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices.
