We are looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) department, supporting the team in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our projects. As part of the Operations Team, you will play a key role in managing the full operational cycle (Accounts Payable & Receivable) for our two main entities: C&W (UK) LLP (Professional Services) and Cushman & Wakefield Design & Build Italy S.r.l. (Construction). You’ll collaborate closely with Project Leaders, Finance, and the broader PDS team to ensure smooth financial processes, accurate reporting, and timely month‑end closings — all while contributing to process improvement initiatives within a dynamic, multinational environment. Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage ERP master data and ensure accurate system updates. Oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including adjustments and reconciliations. Support the review and optimization of business processes. Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce). Manage payments and monitor collections (debtors list), working closely with the Credit Control Team. Coordinate with Corporate Finance to ensure accuracy and alignment of AP/AR records. Skills & Qualifications Strong command of English , both written and spoken. Proficiency in Excel and solid understanding of accounting principles . Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in a multinational context. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Previous experience in similar operational or finance‑related roles will be considered a plus. Why Join Us?
