Job Description Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Floor Manager provides support to the store executive and serves as a key point of contact for the sales staff. Roles & Responsibilities Vendita / Competenze Commerciali Manage opening and closing activities: goods arrangement, briefing for the team, display new products in the sales area. Lead and maintain cohesion across all shop zones and staff. Periodically review profitability, monitoring KPI such as Gain, Profit, ATV, UPT, ASP, Conversion Rate, kiosk sales, and shop merchandise sales. Coordinate and motivate the sales team and supervisors: delegate tasks, verify completion, communicate goals and results to each department. Participate in sales activities and deliver exemplary customer service. Handle customer complaints efficiently and courteously. Amministrazione / Gestione delle Risorse / Formazione e Sviluppo Support the store manager in recruiting staff and ensure their initial training and smooth integration into the team. Perform administrative tasks related to hiring: gather required documents, archive contracts. Identify employee potential and work on their development through daily feedback, utilizing e‑learning and intranet tools. Schedule staff hours according to activity peaks and business fluctuations. Monitor staff conduct and report any behaviour misaligned with company policies. Ensure overall safety of goods and people in the store, cooperating with the Profit Protection department. Visual Merchandising Ensure overall store presentation, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team where present: adhere to company standards, rotate stock and product density, highlight new items and price changes. Maintain common areas and the sales/bin areas with daily cleaning, keeping the environment safe, clean and welcoming. Logistica / Prevenzione delle Perdite / Cassa Safeguard and manage store keys, overseeing merchandise and staff entering and leaving. Actively prevent and control store losses in collaboration with the Profit Protection manager through zone control, delivery checks, regular and extraordinary audits and inventory. Run daily cash register operations in preparation for the monthly administrative closing. Supervise cash receipt, process returns and customer refunds. Requisiti Prior experience managing retail shops, preferably in dynamic, multinational settings. Good command of English. Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
