Senior Project Manager

TMC is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic pharma projects from concept to closure, driving innovation and excellence. About This Vacancy As a Senior Project Manager, you will support one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical industry, managing the construction and early development of new production departments. This is a high-responsibility role where you will oversee complex projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners, driving collaboration and maintaining a clear vision of project objectives and goals. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Project Management qualifications, or related fields At least 10 years of professional experience as Project Manager Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector Strong track record in managing projects for the construction of new production facilities/departments Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus Benefits TMC is an international high‑tech consultancy company that brings expertise to clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
