What You'll Do Serve as a technical contact and augment our customer support teams Participate in onboarding processes Perform quarterly health checks and business reviews Participate in TAM on-call rotation (during normal business hours) to assist with customer inquiries and case escalations Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate Leverage internal technical expertise, including development engineers, knowledge base, and other internal tools to provide effective solutions Develop product expertise using knowledge content and systems Share best practices and learn about new technologies and complimentary security applications Manage renewal risk and collaborate with sales to remediate and ensure renewals and upsell opportunities Identify renewal risk and coordinate with internal teams to remediate Drive support cases to ensure timely resolution What You'll Need Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience working with Windows operating systems Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and modern infrastructures Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish technical credibility Excellent written and verbal communication in English Proven problem-solving skills Collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success Bonus Points Bachelor’s Degree in related field 3 years of Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management experience in SaaS Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike Remote-friendly and flexible work culture Market-leading compensation and equity awards Wellness programs (physical and mental) Competitive vacation and holidays Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees Employee networks and volunteer opportunities Vibrant office culture with amenities Great Place to Work Certified Equal Opportunity CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
