We’re currently supporting a northwest based Housing Association who are in the middle of a major transformation programme and are searching for a Senior Application Support Analyst who can help us deliver smarter, more connected housing services. This isn’t just a support role it’s a chance to contribute to organisational change, work on high-profile projects, and gain exposure to new technologies. Title : Senior Application Support Analyst Salary : £45,000 Location : Hybrid – Northwest (2 days per week preferred in office) Contract : 18 Month FTC What You’ll Do Be the go-to expert for the Housing Management System and other critical applications. Lead on integrations and configuration for specific modules, including leaseholder management, rent setting, and rent analytics. Support additional systems Workforce management, Asset management, Compliance, and Financials. Play a key role in projects such as: Migrating infrastructure to Azure. Decommissioning legacy systems. Implementing MuleSoft for integrations. Expanding functionality through Salesforce. What We’re Looking For Housing Management System experience. Strong SQL skills. Understanding of housing sector processes. Desirable: Knowledge of Cloud Financials and rent management. Experience with integration tools and cloud technologies.
