Technology & IT Disputes Associate – 3 PQE Top Technology & IP Firm | London | Commercial, Tech & Copyright Disputes A leading law firm with a global reputation in technology, life sciences and brands is seeking a Technology & IT Disputes Associate (3 PQE) to join its esteemed Commercial, Technology & Copyright Disputes team. This role is perfect for someone looking to litigate cutting-edge tech disputes and work across sectors at the intersection of innovation and regulation. The Role You will be integral to a dynamic team advising major clients on complex technology disputes and digital litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include: Handling IT outsourcing and project disputes (delays, defects, performance) Advising on IP license and copyright disputes , including digital media claims Managing contractual and confidentiality disputes involving technology platforms Working on cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration involving tech clients Collaborating with commercial, regulatory, data, and IP teams on hybrid matters As you grow in the role, you’ll take on greater ownership, lead key workstreams, and develop client relationships in a practice that empowers its lawyers. About You 3 years PQE qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent common law) Strong experience in technology / IT disputes, or related complex commercial litigation Excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills Commercial mindset and interest in technology trends and regulation A confident team player able to work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment Why Join?
