Construction Senior Associate – 4 PQE Top-Tier International Law Firm | London | Major Construction & Infrastructure Projects An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Construction Senior Associate to join a globally renowned law firm’s Construction Group in London. This role sits at the heart of major, high-profile construction and infrastructure mandates—including renewables, data centres, urban regeneration, transport/rail, and industry-leading mixed-use developments. The Role In this position you will: Advise on the drafting, negotiation and analysis of complex construction, operation/facility management and ancillary documentation. Work for project sponsors, developers, contractors, funders and investors on large-scale UK, European and global infrastructure projects. Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams (Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure, Disputes, Corporate) and engage with the firm’s global network. Be actively involved in client operations, managing transaction workflows and maintaining high service levels. About You Your profile will include: Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction) with 4 years’ PQE , ideally in construction law. Experience advising on non-contentious construction matters, ideally in large/complex projects. Excellent drafting, strong analytical skills and commercial awareness. A team-orientated professional who is proactive, responsive and motivated to develop client relationships. Comfortable working in a non-hierarchical structure where you’ll gain visibility and take ownership early. Why Join?
