EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE AFFAIRS On behalf of a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company with HQs in Firenze , we are seeking an External Engagement Associate to join its Cardiometabolic Health Corporate Affairs Team . This international-facing role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives across multiple countries, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and technical support to the Corporate Affairs Team, including project management, budget coordination, and preparation of materials for high-level meetings (e.g.: advisory boards/corporate events) Support training and onboarding activities, documentation management, and internal processes related to evaluations, contracts, and payments Collaborate closely with internal cross‐functional teams and corporate affairs stakeholders Draft meeting minutes, translate documents, and manage purchase orders and billing processes (local and global) Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes to support strategic communications Ensure timely execution of tasks and contribute to the team’s efficiency and effectiveness Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor Degree from an accredited university, either in Economics , Business or related fields 3 years of experience in structured environments, preferably in consulting firms or corporate affairs roles within large organizations Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex, cross‑functional initiatives Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2) and strong command of Microsoft Office tools High learning agility , proactivity , and a curious mindset with a desire to grow professionally Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving structures and priorities What the Company offers Initial contract through Agency of the duration of 12 months Remote-based position with flexibility to attend office when required (in Sesto Fiorentino FI) Salary range: commensurate with experience (€28,000 – €38,000) Annual company bonus A dynamic and inclusive work environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning are core values The opportunity to work on high-impact international projects in the cardiometabolic health space, contributing to meaningful change in patients’ lives Gi Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate under the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Aut.
