The successful candidate will support the management of the hematology portfolio used in hospitals, providing high-quality scientific and technical information to healthcare professionals, and contributing to GSK’s objective to generate a positive health impact. The role sits within the Corporate Scientific Services, conducting medical information activities for healthcare operators and hospital pharmacists to illustrate pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of medicines to ensure correct and appropriate use. Responsibilities Promote and explain the value of GSK therapeutic solutions to reference interlocutors, communicating key messages from a scientific perspective Continuously update scientific knowledge and participate in company-provided scientific training, including support from company information tools Ensure effective communication aligned with the needs of healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists; plan and organize scientific information activities in line with the Oncology-Hematology Business Unit plan Lead scientific training/updates for healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists as part of compliance with current regulations and the GSK commercial model Propose and disseminate new media (e.g., web conference systems) for scientific information and training, collaborating with Medical Affairs colleagues in the same territory Contribute to local action plans in collaboration with the national strategy What you will do Work with healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists in the Hematology sector Collaborate with Medical Directorate, Regional Payers and Evidence Solutions, KAM and RAM, Marketing, Commercial, Medical Scientific Service Department, and Pharmacovigilance Communicate scientific values of GSK therapeutic solutions to stakeholders and ensure alignment with the territory strategy Qualifications Basic Qualifications Medical Doctor, Biological Sciences, Organic/Biological Chemistry, Pharmacy, CTF, or other legally recognized qualification for Information Science roles (per current laws) Residence: Triveneto Significant experience in a Product Specialist role (specialist scope and with innovative products) Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business-oriented strategies/activities Preferred Qualifications Experience in oncology-hematology and rare diseases Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, proactive, flexible, and result-oriented Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment with strong planning and organization Good command of English (spoken and written) What we offer Permanent contract in a very inclusive environment Performance Reward Company Car Flexible Benefits Company Healthcare Plan Integrative pension fund Employee Assistance Programme Tax assistance Closing Date for Applications 19 settembre 2025 Additional Information Please note that the Job Description will not be available post-closure.
