We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong backend mindset, someone who can confidently design robust APIs and services, but is also comfortable working across the stack from database modeling to frontend integration. We are also founders and co-organizers of Product Management Day, Italy’s leading B2B conference on outcome-driven digital product development. About the role You will join our technical team as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on backend development. You’ll design and implement scalable web architectures , build reliable APIs , and collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver complete solutions. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs (Django or FastAPI) Integrate frontend components (React or similar frameworks) Manage cloud environments (setup, monitoring, deployment, cost optimization) Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery processes Participate in software architecture design and contribute to technical decision-making Write clean, testable, and well-documented code , following TDD and Clean Architecture principles Maintain high standards of performance, security, and reliability Participate in code reviews , peer learning, and technical documentation Collaborate with the team in client-facing activities, from writing technical proposals to supporting project estimations and managing issue resolution About you We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience in web development. Someone who enjoys working across the stack, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with both teammates and clients. You might be a great fit if you have: Strong knowledge of Python and its core libraries Hands-on experience with Django and FastAPI A solid understanding of relational databases and SQL Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform) A good grasp of Clean Architecture principles and design patterns The ability to design and implement complex web solutions end-to-end Curiosity toward DevOps practices and cloud environments Attention to detail and a commitment to writing clear, maintainable code Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude within a multidisciplinary team Confidence when engaging with clients and translating technical needs into actionable tasks Proficiency in Italian and English , both written and spoken Nice to Have Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Java) Interest or experience in Machine Learning, AI integration, or data engineering We value collaboration and open communication, curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, pragmatism and autonomy in problem-solving and a genuine desire to create meaningful, high-quality software.
