About the role You’ll help in the fragrance remediation programs, for global and local brands, providing olfactive and technical support to ensure successful reworked fragrances are delivered. You will own the global master tracking dashboard that includes all key info about reworked fragrances and their status of validation. By doing so, you will be able to provide snapshots of the remediation progress for business periodical updates. You will support the Senior Fragrance Manager with metrics on the projects to track activities and ensure activities are on track. You will help in the fragrance evaluation of new fragrance submissions to confirm they meet the expectations. We offer a 12m fixed-term contract. Your responsibilities You will support remediation activities to maintain existing fragrance portfolio in compliance vs external regulations and internal policies to ensure we have a future proof portfolio of fragrances. You will support the tracking of remediation activities ensuring tasks are being done within desired deadlines. You will support in evaluation of fragrance reworks proposals to ensure their olfactive profile is in line with the original fragrances. You will coordinate communication (internally and externally with Fragrance houses) about progress of the Projects, guiding the process, collecting info and documentations and finally storing them in the proper archive folders. The experience we’re looking for Minimum of bachelor’s degree (equivalent to Laurea Magistrale in Italy) in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or Pharmacy) Master in Fragrance and Cosmetics (ISIPCA) or similar will be a plus Project Management experience will be a plus Fragrance evaluation experience with above average olfactive acuity will be highly appreciated Expertise in Fragrance regulation (IFRA, LabMan, etc) will be a plus The skills for success Interest to work in fragrance industry and particularly in the regulatory field Excellent skills with Excel and with Office Pack Detailed oriented and well organized when dealing with big data Strong presentation and communication skills Keen to work with high level of independency Proactive and eager to learn in new environment What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
