We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna , who will conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Demonstrates the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. Must communicate effectively, listen honestly, and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to hospital customers, including occasional weekend and overnight support. Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels. Respond promptly to support calls within the assigned territory. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma. Open to travel within Emilia Romagna; a valid driving license is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
