The IL Cosmetics Group, headquartered in Luxembourg, is recognized as a global supplier specializing in color cosmetics, with expertise in Nails, Eyes, Lips, and, more recently, Face makeup categories. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop new formulations that meet marketing and/or client briefs (Powder, Foundation, Concealer, Mascara, etc.). Improve existing formulas. Develop new shades. Monitor physico‑chemical controls and packaging compatibility. Conduct technological watch and trend analysis. Assist with industrial transposition. Contribute to daily laboratory operations. Participate in supplier meetings and industry trade shows. PROFILE Minimum Master’s degree (Bac 5), ideally in cosmetic formulation. Proven experience in cosmetic formulation is essential. Curious, autonomous, and creative, with a passion for innovation and emerging beauty trends. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian. Availability for occasional international travel (trade fairs, supplier meetings, etc.). OUR OFFER A permanent contract (CDI) based in Romanengo.
