Let’s create solutions that move the world. Join TeamRacing! Hard Skills Strong analytical and strategic negotiation skills with airlines, agents, and logistics suppliers. Proven experience in airfreight pricing and procurement (preferably within freight forwarding). Ability to identify and anticipate airfreight market trends, rate fluctuations, and capacity dynamics. Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital quoting tools. Up to 3 years of experience in Air Pricing or Air Operations roles. Fluent in English (advanced level). Bachelor’s degree in international business, International Relations, or related fields. Key Responsibilities Negotiate with airlines, consolidators, and international agents to secure the most competitive airfreight rates. Manage and update pricing databases with accurate and timely information. Design and execute strategies to increase profit margins and quotation success rates. Maintain strong relationships with agents and carriers in the European and North American markets. Organize and attend virtual and on-site meetings, representing Racing Cargo in a professional manner. Support business development through proactive market insights and pricing recommendations. Participate in networking events and logistics conferences (WCA or similar) to strengthen partnerships and market presence.
