Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Architect. The role is based in City Centre, TAB, with the flexibility to work from home on select days. Responsibilities include designing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, conducting detailed site evaluations, producing and reviewing architectural drawings, and collaborating with other design professionals and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. The architect will also ensure compliance with safety, zoning, and construction regulations as well as maintain ongoing communication with clients for project updates. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design, project management, and construction documentation production Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Possession of a professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution and licensure as a registered architect Experience in sustainable design, environmental impact analysis, or LEED certification is a plus
