Job Description
This strategic project will shape the next 18 months of menu innovation, driving category growth through insight-led, consumer-validated concepts. Key Requirements: Proven experience in brand management, food innovation, or marketing within the FMCG or food service environment. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity, insight, and business feasibility. Skilled in consumer research, concept development, and cross-functional project leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a structured 18-month pipeline of innovation ideas aligned with business priorities and brand strategy. Focus Categories: Modern Menu | Core Menu | Sharing | Sides | Kids Translate consumer insights and emerging food trends into compelling product concepts across core menu categories. Partner cross-functionally with NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, Consumer Insights, and Operations to ensure commercial feasibility and scalability. Prepare NPD briefs, oversee concept testing, and drive projects through to pre-launch validation. Deliver a portfolio of ready-to-advance concepts supported by robust insights and feasibility assessments.
